Hard to believe that Buffalo Wings made the scene back in the ‘80’s. They were new, but pretty basic with not much flavor. Warm, hot and HOT!

Black Buffalo was born through countless attempts and failures to conceive the Original Black Buffalo recipe. First tried and tested with a small circle of friends and family members through multiple family BBQ’s and events until perfected.

My HOT YAKI was inspire for my love of teriyaki sauce, but I didn't want just another teriyaki flavor so I didn't push the envelope on the flaor to create a not so teriyaki flavor and my YAKI was born. Just enough sweetness and flare to make your tastebuds ask, "Is that teriyaki or what?" Whether it's the Hot Yaki or Not So Hot Yaki the flavor will have your mouth wanting more.

I love pineapple and I love mango.so I decided to marry them for a unique flavor that is neither pineapple or mango. Sweeter than my Yaki but with a different flavor profile that grabs you and holds on. Your tastebuds will not be able to decide what it is other than delicious.

Black Buffalo sauce has a great flavor and can be used on anything. The first time I got a taste of it, it was Hot Yaki and just a dab on my finger, the flavor is sweet and spicy at the same time. The lingering sweetness lasted a while the heat fades to a pleasant taste.
